My process....

Step 1: inquire!

My style is true toned with a boost of warmth in the skin tones. If you love this, then inquire for pricing + availability. I will respond within 24 hours with my welcome package.

Step 2: Meet + Greet

Find a package that works for you from my welcome guide? Great! Let's set up a Zoom call and chat quickly about your needs + wishes for your wedding day. I can then recommend the best package for you! I also customize packages to fit your needs.

Meet + Greets are a great way to meet me and get to know one another. I also require them prior to booking. Once we have a Meet + Greet and you feel we are a good fit, the booking process can begin.

Step 3: Book me

When ready, send me an email saying "lets do this" and I will return with contract built to fit your needs. Once satisfactory, sign the contract and provide your $500 non-refundable deposit and you are officially booked with THE JCC.

STEP 4: SET UP YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION

We typically set up your engagement session 8 months out from your wedding so you have time to prepare save the dates and announce to family and friends your plans with photos.

We can photograph your session at your venue, your home, a beach, the river, a mountain, gardens, or in an art museum.

Wherever your heart desires, I'll totally be down!

Step 5: Send questionnaires

Two months prior to your Wedding date, I will send detailed questionnaires for you to fill out in regards to your Wedding day. It will ask for the time of the ceremony, reception end time, and when you are getting ready. I will then create a customized Wedding Photography timeline that meets your needs + wishes. I will also create a family portrait list for which we will follow the day of your wedding.

Step 6: Wedding day!

I will arrive 30 minutes early to stop by and say hi and check out the venue. The day will commence and the approved timeline will be followed.

Step 7: Post Wedding

Following the Wedding that night, I will back up all files on external hard drives, and create a "sneak peek" for you both to enjoy. The "sneak peek" will be sent within 72 hours after your Wedding.

Feel free to post these photos on your Social Media and celebrate your new life with your lover!

Step 8: Editing

Six to 8 weeks following your Wedding, a full gallery will be sent to you via email. The gallery will be organized and tailored to match your timeline in sections of the day. This will allow for better accessibility, streamlined ability to download photos, and efficient purchasing via the print shop on my website.

Once you receive your gallery, feel free to download the lo res and high res gallery, and back up to your Google Drive, or Amazon Photos. This way it will be stored in another area for protection.

After this step, our relationship does not have to end! Think of me in the future and the doors are alway open for drinks and dinner! Congratulations for years to come!

best,

Jenna
